Man it’s refreshing hearing Chad Johnson give credit where it’s due to Bryce Young! He’s been the #Panthers biggest supporter all year. I won’t forget it 🫶 Thinks BY should ultimately get paid (which can still be in a team friendly manner). We’ll see! #KeepPounding B**** 😏

Adam Thielen postgame on the Panthers offense: "I love Bryce to death, man. He works his butt off. He's a great player. This is not a Bryce Young issue. This is an offensive team issue. We are all in this together. I know what football is, that's why I love this game with everything I have, because it is the greatest team game. It’s not about an individual." #NFL | #Panthers

#BrazilGP 🇧🇷 | Lewis Hamilton post race: “This is definitely a weekend to forget. It’s a shame cause I love Brazil (…) To come away with nothing, to not finish the race, for a second time in the year, it’s really devastating.” “I feel terrible for the team. I’m sorry for my part in qualifying. I put myself in that position. We’ll get back up tomorrow and give it another go.”

Shaq thinks highly paid NIL athletes lose motivation and the hunger to be great “I think it’s definitely gonna hurt people because, for people that have nothing, when you get something, it takes the pressure off. But that something should be the final prize. The final prize should be the NBA. I know a cat—I don’t wanna say his name—who’s getting paid $7 million to play for one year. Like, where is the motivation?” (🎥 The Big Podcast /

All I’m saying is if you’re really “a Patriot for life” then it’s time to be a Patriot. We’re in the #SuperBowl. Now, I get it.. Tom Brady is a commentator. He’s also a minority owner of the Raiders. He “has to stay neutral”. But man… it’s just disappointing to see. GO PATSSSS

Magic Johnson on all the conversation about Jalen Brunson can’t lead a team at his size: “You hear me start laughing? You know why the man is a winner. He won in high school, won at Villanova this the guy who you want have on your team in those moments in the situation where it’s tough because he will figure it out he’s so intelligent and he’s tough physically, and mentally. So this doesn’t surprise me. I love Jalen Brunson want he stands for, what he’s capable of in the biggest moments and he’s been doing it his whole career.”

Is the American Dream still alive? 👇🏼 I believe it is, but I won’t pretend it hasn’t been impaired. My dad made $32,000 a year. He bought a house for $16,000. That same house is worth $780,000 today. When I priced his 1976 wages in 2016 dollars, 40 years later, his purchasing power was down 27%. He could not afford today the life he was able to give us. There is real tragedy in that and we should be honest about it instead of pretending the ladder is still where it used to be. But here’s what I refuse to do. I refuse to say it’s dead. It’s just waiting for leaders worthy of it.

Tracy McGrady says you can’t have Giannis as your 1A on a championship team: “I like it but it’s incomplete. As great as Giannis is, he’s been great the last 5 years, he’s still a guy that can’t be my 1A. He’s a guy that through 3 quarters, you can carry our team. I can’t give him the ball in the 4th quarter. They need a closer” (Via Cousins with Vince Carter & Tracy McGrady)

This had a 60% catch probability. If Steer is going to be touted for being able to play all around the field, we need him to at least hit. While it’s awesome he’s willing to play all over, the only position he is above average at defensively is first base, which he probably won’t see much time at this season. Really need Steer to get going offensively. I know it’s still early. But that shouldn’t be an excuse every year. It’s not just Steer, either. Friedl, Hayes, Stephenson, McLain, Marte are all struggling to hit.

Dwyane Wade says it’s difficult for LeBron James to retire because he’s still playing at an elite level: “I’m just here to appreciate what I’m witnessing…because we’ve never seen this before. It has to suck a little bit to get to this point in your career and still be really good….like I can still play — I can go play right now and still be able to play but I won’t be that good so it’s easy for me to decide to walk away. It’s hard to make that decision when you’re still really f*cking good….how do you walk away from being a GOAT when you’re still a GOAT?” (via Wy Network by Dwyane Wade)

Lionel Messi’s farewell message to his fans and the Argentine fans: Messi: “I don’t know if I’m the best in history, and it’s not something I ask myself either, but I’m honored to be named among the best players in history. It has been a fun-filled career for me, and I think it’s normal to eventually put an end to it. All my life, a day like this is the one I feared the most—to face the fans and tell them that they won’t be able to see me play again, and that I won’t be able to see their beautiful faces in the stadium. But it is what it is. I know I can’t be here forever, but I’m glad I was able to achieve so much with the team. I’ve shared a great bond with all the players, and I’ll miss everyone. I’ll continue to be your No. 1 supporter, wherever I am.”

Klay Thompson on adjusting to his new role off the bench: “I’m enjoying it, I get to see the game develop so I can see where to pick my spots. At the end of the day, I played 30 minutes in the NBA, year 15, in just trying to be out there as much as I possibly can. I’m not saying the end is near but like it’s such a privilege to be out there, no matter if it’s mid-November or early June. My goal this year is to be the most consistent presence in the lineup.”

MOMENTS OF LIFE FREEN BECKY #ChairstoSharexFreenBecky 💁🏻‍♂️ : Freen and Becky have been working so hard; will they finally get a chance to go to the beach together? 🌷: You know, we’ve been talking about this since the beginning of the year! Becky keeps asking Freen where would be a good place to go. “Is today a good day?” And we’re like, “Okay, let’s lock in a date!” It’s been like this all year, and now it’s almost the end of the year, and we still haven’t gone! At this rate, whenever the time is right, we’ll finally get to go to the beach together.

A campaign is a team. And this team, which has been working so hard to get Kamala and Tim elected, is special. Eric is Kamala’s traveling photographer. He’s been on the road for much of the last year, away from his wife and his young daughter Ellora, and he made this beautiful video to tell that story. It’s the same story so many of the staff on a campaign could tell. To all of you: Kamala, Tim, Gwen, and I could not be more grateful.

OAS is the biggest federal transfer program. It’s a subsidy. An unsustainable one. Paid by taxpayers. No one pays into it, like CPP, but we all pay for it. And currently, a retired couple, can earn $182,000 per year, in retirement, and still be eligible for a $18,000 subsidy. Currently, the government is studying ways to revamp it and reduce or remove OAS from high income earners & asset holders.

I won’t let Aaron Rodgers’ vax smoke screen distract me from the stench of the tape. He’s entitled to his opinion, but to say you aren’t concerned with what we say is a lie… I mean it’s the reason we are here. It’s a continuation of his hypocrisy that started with criticizing ESPN analyst while being paid to be in ESPN. I analyze football & all things involved. Unfortunately due to his on field play his commentary has been interesting than the film. BTW. I give my accolades as you asked. Next time say the name so we know you mean it! #NFL #AaronRodgers #NYJets #Espn
