How much is an average Cross Riverian salary? UNICAL and UNICROSS should build more hostels as well. FG recently paid Earned Allowance to lecturers and some percentage was kept back by the school administrators, so there's definitely funds for new hostels in UNICAL!!! It's really sickening because transport fare is already too high and now house rent.

Off topic; What is the actual job of Cross River State House of Assembly members? Bcos I've never heard of a policy bred out from that house that favors cross riverians. Few weeks ago, Lagos state HoA passed a legislation on this same issue that'll favor their citizens.
