Man makes a visual demonstration of how American bread is actually made Many Americans know our bread is toxic by now but they don’t really understand what the process of making it actually looks like and how bad it really is This is eye opening

Thanks for sharing- would appreciate a tag next time 🙏🙏you don’t wanna know what my kitchen looked like after filming this one 💀

And this why I bake my own sourdough twice a week. Only organic, non-bleached flour, salt and water.

Hey WSA, if you’re going to use Itay’s video for clicks you should at least give him credit, he has great content both on TikTok & here on 𝕏. @gfbeef_

Deli meats aren't simply 'meat', they're a blend of leftover scraps, water, salt, and a lab-crafted mix of chemicals designed to mimic the look and flavor of real food.

Bananas are picked unripe, shipped 10–20 days at 56°F, then sealed in a ripening chamber and pumped with ethylene gas for 24–48 hours until they turn yellow

@JabbokJosh They’re poisoning us so giant corporations can make more profits - our government signed off on it even tho alot of it is banned in many other countries. Nothing is being done about it and everyone knows.

@JabbokJosh

@KingsHawaiian bread up in there. That shit is toxic.

The entire industrialized food production model in the US is disgusting. This video didn't even touch on GMO, one of the worst aspects of US agriculture. It's bad for humans, ensures higher pesticide use, forces dependence on biotech companies, and destroys biodiversity.

You don’t realize this until you travel to Europe. Their bread is different

once you see the ingredient list as a process, you can’t unsee it

Chocolate spread on that bread anyone?

@gfbeef_ Itay Shechter has fantastic visual videos to demonstrate how toxic american processed foods are!

@LeroyBomber Food sounds scary with all those big chemically words.

@Selkis_2028 Americans have no idea what bread is. In europe no one buys that crap! This is bread!

@HHSGov @SecKennedy this is the shit you are supposed to stop allowing!

Bread made in America is terrible. But Italian flour and a bread maker and make it yourself. You can thank me later!

Meanwhile in Nigeria we're eating bread made with 4 ingredients and wondering why Americans are sick 😂 Processed everything is the real epidemic

Best thing I ever did for myself was quitting carbs and sugars 4 yrs ago…. Never been so healthy 👍🏻😊

Just made some with red winter berries (bulk section of most grocery stire or Amazon) - Fresh Milled Flour is the way! 🫶 All purpose flour is the worst part - use your blenders people! Escape the poisons!

This is exactly why I've been making our bread for the last ten years. I even get my wheat from a local farmer and grind the flour myself.

This is why we've been making our own sourdough bread for decades now.

American food... 10,000 chemicals. Combine them in various ways and you get... drugs. In the food. American food contains drugs. What do they do? Look around and see emotional, cognitive and behavioral problems and various physical diseases.

Me in 30 years "I remember when bread used to mold"

My grandparents will tell us stories about the old days that are unbelievable and i'll be telling my grandkids how bread used to mold.

I love making my own bread. Usually sourdough. But today I made traditional Austrian Easter bread.

I worked at a flour mill for many years and although I can’t speak for what happens after making the flour, I can tell you that the wheat kernels are soaked in bleach water for ~24 hours before they are then dried out and ground into your “enriched bleached flour” 👍

@rubiconjay Still disappointed that @potus hasn’t put a stop to this.

@10kVet Nothing beats sourdough bread

Sounds about right , unless you get your bread from a privately owned bakery, that is run by people w/ morals, and high standards. (A rare thing indeed)

When I lived in Ukraine, the bread would last 3-4 days tops. It's not full of crap.

The food industry has totally betrayed their consumers who would ever think they would allow their customers to out this in their bodies! This is messed up!

Try to get most of the ingredients from Europe like flour

Pretty fascinating considering all it takes is flour , water and yeast to make bread and yet they poison the hell out of it and still charge 20x what it costs to make it. Bread doesnt need a month to 2 months expiration. Its easily made and should be scaled locally.

My celiac was never celiac, it is my body telling me to not eat poison. When I eat Italian wheat I have ZERO issues. and yes, I have been diagnosed with legit celiac for decades.
