Here are The Facts 🤙🏽 Thanks for the tag @CumLaude90 Follow to tag when a post is needing context 🤙🏽 December 16, 2023 São Paulo, SP, Brazil Facts: On December 16, 2023, at around 12:40 a.m., a 59-year-old correctional officer was fatally shot during a confraternization event at a bar in the Belém neighborhood, São Paulo’s east side. The shooter, another correctional officer, got into a physical altercation with the victim, fell to the ground, and fired at least three shots, hitting the victim in the chest, as captured by security cameras. Two others tried to disarm the shooter, who stood up, tucked the gun in his waistband, and fled the scene. The victim was taken to Hospital Tatuapé but died from his injuries. Police are investigating the homicide, registered at the 30ºDP and transferred to the 81ºDP, with efforts ongoing to apprehend the suspect.
