Just a reminder, when you go to a hospital because your sick, it’s the not nurses job to cure or diagnose you, it’s their job to make sure they run as many test as possible so they can make your bill as high as possible. The sicker they make you out to be the more test they can run and the more than can bill you and your insurance company.

Did you know that when you leave Walmart and they ask for your receipt, you legally don’t have to. They can’t detain you or make you stay, unless they have actual proof you stole something. So they can trust you to shop and not steal, ring out your own groceries and not steal, but after you pay for it, they think you stole it? Should they just get rid of the receipt checkers, they don’t check the whole receipt anyways?

GET OFF YOUR PHONE AT THE GYM the phone menace it's stealing your focus it's stealing your gains if you are scrolling through while sitting on the machine you will not be achieving the highest level of training you could your body responds to mental energy and focus look at all the great bodybuilders and how they trained would they be scrolling tikkytokky after each set, head bowed down like a slave? Or would they be standing tall, flexing in between, thinking about the next set or activating their mind muscle connection? don't be a phone slave in your training

We’re bringing this back bc You have people SEETHING behind the scenes bc they SWORE they were in control of your relationships, your cash flow, your visibility, your forward movement and for a lot of you -!your self perception bc they thought they had damaged you enough to make you want to give up ALL HOPE on yourself and they’re PISSED bc not only did you survive all the attempts to destroy you- you came out on the other side bigger and better than ever. They thought they would be able to traumatize you and get into your head and pluck on certain wounds forever not realizing that by isolating you all they did was give you the time and space to MASTER yourself. You LOOK better, FEEL better, are doing BETTER THAN EVER && have blossomed right in front of the very ppl who thought they buried you. They CANT FATHOM this level of self love, self acceptance and self awareness bc while they were trying to put you down, you took the time to put the work in. You are unstoppable, irresistible and unfuckwithable and the folks who thought they ruled your life are realizing how insignificant they truly are. They were just a catalyst. It doesn’t matter what they want for you- if GOD says that it’s for you… you WILL have it and there is no one who can halt, stop, delay or swap your blessings any longer. 2 things happened this week… a good friend sadly had to put their lovely family dog down and someone told me there was no way they would ever get a dog because they were… “too much work”. It made me think about how much we love our Winnie. You start by getting a dog and think that you’re looking after them but the truth is they care for you. Dogs don’t worry about yesterday or tomorrow - they are kings and queens of living in the moment. ‘Pets’ doesn’t really cover it… they are teachers… they are friends. They mirror you. Their fear grows when yours does. When you are steady, they are at peace and, when something good happens… they’ll celebrate like it’s the best thing in the world. Your dog knows the sound of you coming home, they learn your walk, the rhythm of your laugh and the moment your heart sinks… you are their everything. You are not just their owner… you make them feel safe, you are their routine… you are what home feels like. Every walk is more than exercise… it is precious time with their favourite person. One day… you won’t hear them rushing when you arrrive to show you how much they love having you around. I am not looking forward to that day 💔 You are not just a part of their life… you are their life.

Don’t buy your significant other something really expensive that they don't even know about, like a diamond necklace, or a watch, or a car, or a boat. How do you know they want that? The worst thing you can do is spend a whole bunch of money and come out of there, open up the box, and say, "Look at this, honey. I bought this for you." And they go, "I hate it." Sometimes it's better to consult with your significant other and buy it together. I know people want the element of surprise. It's a huge mistake, because the surprise to the downside really sucks.
