That guy coming at you with no animation 🥲 Well, I know very well that coding a Beat'em Up is much harder than it looks, but they could at least make those enemies a bit faster...also they're just going straight towards the player, zero AI.

If this was a solo bedroom dev making it that'd be one thing but it's apparently a studio with experience & a kickstarter (Lady Death). This all just feels slapdash, coulda kept it simple if nothing else - Cadillacs & Dinos doesn't have much to its mechanics but is still awesome

I'm not sure it's even real, feels like a fake game made for a tv show that they pan away from after a few seconds. It's hard to convey how horrifically bad it feels in the hands and how horrendous the pacing is. A new standard for bad beat em up pacing
