People who actually have a brain who own horses know that if you can't get them out of the flood zone beforehand that you leave them loose and never pen them up.

Do the ignorant people here understand what flash flooding is? I got stuck on the i15 freeway yesterday and was detoured off due to flash flooding and debris washed down from a forest fire. Mother Nature was brutal yesterday can’t prepare for that.
