ALL Passenger of a vehicle do NOT NEED to ID unless they caught u without a seatbelt that's the only time they can ask for passengers ID. without that situation they are not required to ID.

Smash the window out, drag him onto the street for handcuffing and pack the illegals into the van for transport!

I’m with this guy! They don’t need to ID anyone in that vehicle if they are not suspected of committing a crime! Specially Border Patrol! Don’t give up your constitutional rights bc they’re law enforcement. I don’t agree w/illegal immigration, but ICE has gotten too comfortable!
