This guy had gone to the mountains in his car for a trip. He had crossed a river and was staying on its bank, but because of the rain, the water level suddenly rose a lot and the current became very strong. Now this guy was stuck on one side of the river. Crossing the river in his car in such a strong current was very dangerous because he could have been swept away along with his car. Then he did a mathematical calculation to figure out from which point he should start crossing the river, how much his car would drift with the current, and at which point on the other side he would reach after crossing. He prepared his route according to the flow of the water. And when he crossed the river in his car by following the exact same route, his car drifted in the water by exactly the distance he had calculated, and he reached the exact same point on the other side that he had predicted through his calculations. It was because of this guy's excellent intelligence that he managed to cross such a difficult river and get out of there safely. People like this are truly very smart, fearless, and intelligent. They know how to make even difficult problems in life easy.

On the morning of October 22nd, 2023, a man approached the front of a prominent mosque and Islamic centre in Ottawa. Then, in full view of the surveillance camera, he proceeded to commit a disgusting act of vandalism using a plastic bag and feces. This utterly appalling incident is another reminder of the extreme spike in Islamophobic acts reported across Canada in the past two weeks. NCCM has received an over 1300% spike in such reports. This is utterly unacceptable. Our leaders must come together to formulate a real plan to stem this tide. We are in touch with leaders at the mosque, Ottawa Police Services, and all parties on the ground to ensure this incident is appropriately investigated from all angles. We will provide updates.

#SaltLakeCity Jordan River 1480 W 1700 S SLCFD dispatched ~2220 Sept 2 on a report a man being chased by police jumped into the Jordan River and did not resurface. At least one Officer went in after him but was unable to get him. Multiple agencies assisted, including drones and the fire department’s swift water rescue team. After unable to locate the man, the DPS Dive Team was called and they arrived a short time later. At approx 0004 Sept 3 — about 15 minutes after divers got on scene — the man was located in the water deceased. Details indicate he was wanted on a warrant being served by unknown law enforcement agency. No further info at this time. Will update.

A 22-year-old man was arrested at West Norwood Masjid in London on Saturday after allegedly assaulting and threatening to stab members of the mosque, including the imam. Members of the mosque released a statement: “This morning, after Fajr salah, an individual threatened to stab the Imam and other musallees at West Norwood Masjid. During the incident, two brothers were assaulted and taken to hospital by ambulance.” The man was arrested under the Mental Health Act according to the Met Police and it appears he is a Muslim. The incident is not being treated as terror related.

He was checked out by paramedics and thanked the officers and the passerby who made the call.
