I quit drinking 20 years ago because I went to pick up my best friend for work one morning at 6am, he was 24 years old, his hands were shaking and I said, "what the fuck's wrong with you man?" he replied "It's okay I just need a drink" he took a swig from a bottle of Jack and the shaky hands disappeared. I said "I'm not going to the bar tonight bro." That night became that week, became that month, became years.
