It isn't a coincidence that athletes commonly use the barbell for rotational work. The shape of the bar increases the lever length and once that lever starts moving, momentum carries you into ranges you can't access on your own.

Also interesting was the reintroduction of Johan Manzambi, used as a “Joker” throughout the session to reduce physical contact while still exposing him to game realistic decisions and movements. On the comeback from injury, and now close to a return, looks like Villa will get to see their record signing in the near future.
