it is 2 part mix expanding foam that is cast into a mould i made and designed. the exact name is S-Foam 50

I am aiming to get my durability up to that. Mine is pretty strong from the top with the sides still squishing in. I currently make mine out of duct tape tubing webbed together and reinforced with more tubing. I then make the skin and fur it with duct tape strips.
