@KoinangeJeff @OBurrows Mandera's transformation is truly remarkable. Thanks to Cpt. @aliiroba , the legacy of greening Mandera is cemented. Devolution has proven effective, evident in the face-lift of Busley to Green County. Kudos to our County government and municipality for their marvelous job.

A shame on the conscience of the administration. Their pay is meagre & can be paid at the time it is due. Last night in the Netherlands, Mandera Municipality was honored with the globally coveted Green City Award by the International Association of Horticultural Producers (AIPH). This esteemed international body is dedicated to promoting sustainable horticulture and supports initiatives that enhance the green environment through global greening projects and sustainable production practices. The greening initiative in Mandera began in 2015 under my leadership as County Governor. At the time, many doubted the potential for success, but Alhamdulillah, our efforts have been recognized on a global scale. It's a shame that they couldn't get audience from the Governor & are now forced to appeal to him through the media. MANDERA TEA SESSION! I had a long tea session today with Mandera’s Professor of Politics (Baba ya siasa ya Mandera), Hon A.M.Noor. 42 years in politics. 30 years in Parliament. He had come back to the city from attending to his cows.
