I read manga because i can enjoy it with my own pace (reading speed)... and I can have short break whenever i want if i saw a beautiful artwork, if i need to laugh, etc... in anime, i have to follow it entirely 20-30min with exact speed... sory but this one maybe not for me...

This seems dumb as hell. If I'm reading then I'm happy to read. Having a voice actor read out the captions and dialogue while I stare at a still image is stupid. Might as well watch the anime at that point.
