I am completely shocked on hearing the assassination of Anand, SDPO Moreh by a sniper of the Kuki Militants. It shows a complete failure of the security. The Manipur Police has been playing a vital role in this crisis for our people of Manipur. But why is central Government and the State Government still an onlooker in this issue. Whom are we to trust when even the security forces’ lives are at stake. Where is the thousands of Central Forces and paramilitary forces? Why is Manipur entertaining them till date if they are of no use. The Home Minister, the NIA and the Governor of Manipur have already told that there is external aggression. So, isn’t it the duty of the Government to protect the Indian Citizens? So, who is going to give orders to stop this agression? We the citizens are confused of whom to trust. Don’t invite for a lawless society because we are a law abiding citizen. Both the Governments knows that Moreh is already a disturbed area. So who is going to take the responsibility? The Central or State Government or those who are security incharges? Please don’t confuse the citizens. I also urge the State Government to act NOW. It is NOW or NEVER.
