Manipur has faced conflicts since 80's. Then PM Rajiv Gandhi never visited, except during his election campaign when out of power. During decade-long Kuki-Naga conflict, PM PVNR visited only after 2.5 yrs. During Kuki-Zo unrest, PM Dr. MMS didn’t visit. Will any1 address this?
