I think Manny felt a little stepped on there. Manny enjoys being the leader and is not too welcoming of the idea of a 21 year old becoming the new leader.

100% with Manny. No reason money should add pressure especially being 20-21. Just let him ball it'll happen naturally as he becomes the VET when he's 25,26,27 and gains more of a Voice &leadership role and Manny&Tatis start to get older. Late 30s early 30s.
