I remember watching this live. Amazing how beautiful the cars were and how incredible they sounded but the magic is in the driving of two awesome competitors 👏

Ultimate respect for each other, two racers, Prost, the politician was not there which made that season so much better to watch. These two were the "real" racers of the day, Prost had Balastre on his side for much of his career, Senna knew that!

This is why I don't like this circuit (apart from the glamour of the GP). If a driver knows how to stay in the middle of the track he will never be overtaken, not even if the car behind has 200 more horsepower!!! Unbearable!

That’s why the track is so ass. The faster car can’t overtake. It’s so damn boring. If you know how to stay in the middle of the road it’s nearly impossible to overtake

There's no commentary, but for context I believe this was when Mansell was chasing down the lead from Senna at the end of the race. Mansell was fresh out of the pits and Senna's tires were almost gone. Mansell had all the grip in the world and Senna still held him off.

Was there , not a chance Nigel could get through probably it was for the show

If this would have been Mansell leading and Senna following we know Nigel would have been smashed into the wall.
