The design team came up with the COOLEST plan for our Tennessee property! 🏡 We now know exactly what food we can grow in our zone and how to best optimize our layout based on our wants & desires… 🤸🏻‍♀️ Evan DeMarco and I knew we wanted an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, sauna, cold tub, Food Security System, greenhouse with a shower inside (I think we all know where I’ll be until the end of time,) walkways, chicken coop, aviary, and a fenced off area for our cows and goats. If you have followed our journey, you know that the cabin has been, well… an absolute disaster with black mold, termites, rodent/snake/brown recluse infestation. 🏚️🪳 While we remediate and make it safe and habitable, we put up a large living dome and decided we actually wanted to make that area the foundation of our homestead instead. 🍙 Anyway, the main dome is up and now, our beautiful greenhouse dome is too! Can’t wait to make this plan come to life! 🤓 There’s nothing that the team can’t help you do! Noam Chomsky on Why Our Limits Are the Foundation of Our Freedom Noam Chomsky flips a common intuition on its head: In a 1977 interview with Bryan Magee for the BBC series Men of Ideas, Chomsky is confronted with what his interviewer calls an "alarming" consequence of his theories. 🐈‍⬛ when it comes to the relationship between an artist and their fans, i don't think it has to be burning brightly all the time. i mean, of course fans love us and we love them too, but i don't think those feelings need to be at their peak every single day. realistically, everyone gets busy. 🐈‍⬛ onedoor has their own life to live, and then when we make a comeback, they can come back and find us again. that doesn't mean they've left. they just have their own lives for a while. that's how it sounded to me, and honestly it made me think, this is such a healthy relationship. that's why it really resonated with me. 🐱 even for us, just living through a single year, there are so many moments where we are tired, bored, laughing one moment and crying the next, worrying about things and getting stressed. onedoor goes through those same emotions while living their lives too. 🐱 but in the end, onedoor waits for us because they believe we'll return with music and stand on stage again someday. and we live our lives believing that no matter how long it takes, onedoor will come back to see us perform. i hope these periods of time continue piling up until we have built records and memories that no one else can ever replicate. 🐶 if something is only hot all the time, i think those feelings tend to burn out faster. really intense emotions fade more quickly. when it's time to be passionate, we are passionate. but why do people adjust the heat when cooking? sometimes it's high heat, sometimes you lower it to medium heat. i think it's nice to think of it that way. maintaining a healthy relationship with onedoor. 🐶 and when onedoor is off living their everyday lives or focusing on something else for a while, our role is to keep making music that will still be there for us to share together. we really love you all ♡ 🏠 🫶💕🩷

The first footage of wolves eating raspberries to our knowledge! We captured this footage last summer when the Bug Creek Pack pups spent a good while foraging for berries in this patch. Of course, we have known for a while wolves eat raspberries as we have sifted through many scats full of raspberry seeds. However, we’ve never observed the behavior before. Just a few months ago, before we were aware we captured this footage, we actually published a scientific paper on the “berry-eating” behavior of wolves. The big takeaway from our study (link to study below!): based on our data, wolves foraging on berries in our area is an extremely widespread behavior and one that almost every wolf we have studied engages in when berries are abundant. We have captured trail camera footage of wolves of all ages, sexes, and social statuses (i.e., breeding or subordinate wolf) from several packs foraging on berries. All of this indicates “berry-eating” by wolves is likely pervasive across large portions of southern boreal ecosystems in places like Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin, Ontario, Manitoba and Quebec. However, given the lack of summer research on the foraging ecology of wolves in these areas, we think this behavior has just gone unnoticed. Although, there is evidence based on scats collected in these areas that wolves are foraging on berries. Now, it is important to understand why wolves eat berries and to not misconstrue this finding with the notion that wolves eat berries because they prefer berries over animal prey. Wolves do not have digestive systems that are meant to digest plant matter and berries effectively. Thus, berries are almost certainly "starvation food" for wolves; as in, the wolves are starving and berries are the best option given the circumstances to stave off hunger and slow weight loss. All this to say, wolves are not eating berries instead of other animals because they prefer berries over meat. We have no doubt that if a wolf had an option between a meal of berries or of deer/ beaver that it would choose the latter every single time. Catching deer and beavers, wolves primary summer prey, is extremely challenging for wolves in late summer, and likely requires extensive energy expenditure. Thus, instead of spending substantial energy hunting prey they likely cannot catch, wolves turn to berries, which are abundant, taste good, and likely make them feel full. youngjae shares the behind the scene or the reason why his eyes were so red after he got emotional winning first at inkigayo (🐶 reading a comment) 🐶: why my eyes are red? ah there’s really a lot i could say about that. honestly, during the second week of inkigayo promotions, our schedule was insanely tough from the very first week. thankfully, we got to promote both the title track and ‘ATP.’ of course, we couldn’t perform ‘ATP’ on mubank, but on mcountdown we performed both ‘ATP’ and the title track. then for mubank too, we had both the title track and all the second-week stages. since our schedule that second week was basically impossible to manage while staying in korea, we had to pre-record everything for the second week too mubank - inkigayo all of it. we’d be doing title-track pre-recordings at dawn, then pre-recordings or live broadcasts for ‘ATP’ too. after finishing second-week music show schedules, we’d immediately move on to filming even more second-week content. before the comeback, with the members we talked a lot about the schedule. we kept saying, ‘this schedule really doesn’t seem like it’s going to be easy.’ not just for us either, we thought the fans coming to pre-recordings would also be physically exhausted. we kept wondering, ‘will everyone really be okay?’ we talked about things like that a lot. but somehow we got through all of it. while we were in japan for kcon, we were also performing at the k-style party, and thankfully we even got first place (in mubank) while we're in japan too. i’m really, really grateful for that. then right after k-style ended, we flew straight back from 🇯🇵 to 🇰🇷, rested a little at the dorm and then shinyu hyung immediately went off to prepare for his mc schedule while the rest of us got ready for the live broadcast too. honestly, during mubank, it’s not that i necessarily want people to recognize how hard things were. but every time we won first place, i always ended up talking about this, our fans work so hard behind the scenes. streaming, voting… they really give it everything. quietly and steadily, just so they can see us win first place. watching 42s pour all their time and energy into that for us makes me feel so thankful and grateful, but also honestly really sorry too. so while all the exhaustion from the first week was passing by, i kept remembering how hard the fans worked voting and streaming, how hard the members worked together and how much everyone suffered through it. i also kept thinking about the staff members constantly running around backstage, barely sleeping, barely eating, staying with us through pre-recordings and everything. seeing all that made me realize that first place isn’t just ‘first place.’ i mean, people call it a win, but inside that one word are countless hours, countless people’s sweat, effort, and hard work all packed into it. that’s really what it felt like to me this time. especially on inkigayo, for some reason, i felt that even more strongly. so during these promotions, we really carried this sense of responsibility and pressure that we had to do even better while preparing for our official comeback with ‘overdrive’ too. because of that, so many thoughts were passing through my mind while we were singing the encore. but honestly, even before we went up for the encore stage, suddenly i got extremely nervous. all the artists were standing by there waiting, and out of nowhere i started shaking. i kept telling the members, ‘i’m so nervous.’ then we went up, did the encore stage for everyone there and prepared for the live broadcast results announcement. the moment they revealed the live voting results, i suddenly felt really strange. i kept thinking, ‘can we really win first place?’ somehow, while we were waiting in the waiting room, i had this feeling that today might be our last chance to win during the ‘You You’ promotions.+ #TWS #투어스 #영재 #YOUNGJAE
