Money has always evolved alongside technology. From paper, to electronic ledgers, to digital payment rails, each shift changed how markets operate rather than whether they operate. The IMF's perspective highlights that tokenization is part of this same progression. It brings faster settlement, broader access, and new ways for assets to be represented digitally. The lack of "feature design" is why so many products over time feel hollow or messy. This isn't visual design. This isn't architectural design. I thought that a short video lecture of what feature design is and a real case study of applying it in Ghostty would be helpful. Feature design is the planning step behind how you're going to solve one or more user problems with a product feature: what that feature looks like, how it feels, and not just how its going to tactically solve these specific problems, but how that solution is going to interface with the edges of other features that currently exist or are planned to exist in the future.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna state that some UAPs and the technology is NOT made by mankind. The problem we have is that we give private companies this technology so our own elected officials can't oversee or even know what's really going on. But, some members in our government DO know and have access. How is it ok to give tech, whether created by mankind or not, to private companies so an elite group of people keep full control over it? What if it eliminates the use for gas or oil? Are you starting to understand? Also, do you believe that they wouldn't fully take advantage of this tech in multiple ways? Since we know there is a "non-human" presence, but we don't know exactly what that presence is, do you really believe they wouldn't take advantage of that, or could potentially "pose" as that "presence" and pretend it's a threat to push an agenda? These are the things you need to start asking yourself and understand that, yes, there are many elites sitting on tech and physics that they do NOT want us to have. The million dollar question becomes, "What exactly are we going to do about this, and how do we fix this for all of mankind?"

The idea that $XRP was never meant for retail is a bit exaggerated, but as this market matures, it can get serious. Remember that #Ripple doesn't dictate who can buy or use XRP. Their focus for XRP is clear, institutions. I think the biggest obstacle for retail to be a part of the journey is simply price. Today the idea of buying 1 $BTC for the "average" individual is almost impossible. Retail gets left behind in numerous ways, but price is the number 1 obstacle. The real question isn't if #XRP is meant for retail, but if retail will be able to have enough XRP when the time comes. High values for XRP get thrown around often and many laugh at those ideas, but that's okay. Realistically speaking how many people can buy 10K XRP, 50K XRP, 100K XRP, you get the picture. Even at todays prices for XRP it's hard to own large amounts. As institutional adoption happens and utilization increases, I personally believe a lot of these assets will price retail out of owning large amounts. You need to remember that this space is still in it's infancy. That's why I think we all need to take advantage of this market when it gives us incredible opportunities.

Part of our quest with Giiift is to make the internet fun again and actually make it easy and engaging to send digital assets between people. One of my recent brainwaves on AI was how it's now possible to create and build one to one experiences on the internet rather than the one to many model that we have had to use purely from a time and cost perspective with development, this is only feasible within the last six months and it's completely open territory. If you think of a fortnite skin for example, that's a one to many experience, where one skin is owned and purchased by many people, makes sense of course as creating individual experiences solely meant for one or a few people would have been incredibly costly for businesses, but that's simply not the case anymore. That's the thesis with Giiift, it firstly packages what onchain tech does best, provide the rails for sending assets from A to B in the most efficient manner possible, but secondly and most importantly it puts the end user experience first in a way that's very reminicent of the old school internet and I think this allows for an unprecedented level of virability in growing the userbase. All a trojan horse for getting onchain wallets and assets into the hands of everyday people around the world, powered by Prism and perfectly suits as retail assets come onchain through Agent to Agent commerce (more on this soon). I’ve been keeping a very close eye on the Reserve Bank’s moves toward a digital future. During this exchange with Governor Bullock, I pressed for clarity on exactly where they are headed with Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC) and the "unified digital currency" the big banks have been whispering about. I asked about developments in both domestic and international settlements. The Governor admitted that while they ran a pilot back in 2023, the focus has shifted. They aren't looking at a "retail CBDC" right now, which would be digital cash for everyday shopping. Instead, their focus is firmly on looking at how to settle "tokenised assets." Tokenised financial products, also called asset tokens, are a way to turn traditional money-related things into digital versions that live on blockchain technology, the same as that used by Bitcoin and Ethereum. These could include shares, real estate, artworks and precious metals. Normally these are hard to buy and/or sell quickly, especially in small amounts, and often involve lots of paperwork, middlemen and high minimum investments. Tokenisation changes that by creating a digital token that acts like a certificate of ownership for a piece (or all) of that real thing. The token is recorded on a blockchain, which is theoretically secure. You would be able to buy a share of a home, business, art or precious metals within minutes, allowing small investments to grow your savings more than bank interest would do. Note: This technology is not there yet! The RBA is scoping it out - as many institutions are. I will continue to monitor these experiments to ensure that this doesn't come at the cost of our financial privacy or sovereignty. — Senate Estimates

REPORT: UK government officials are now drafting a law that would jail tech executives for up to FIVE YEARS if they refuse to build scanners that inspect EVERY photo, video, and message on your phone. Think about that. The claim is keeping children “safe.” But beneath the surface, this has all the hallmarks of a cover story for expanding surveillance. The proposal would force Apple, Google, and other tech giants to make it impossible for a child to send, receive, view, or share a single nude image, with executives who refuse facing up to five years in prison. The children are the headline; surveillance is the product. The new technology to accomplish this is called “client-side scanning.” Watch the video below to see how it works. This threat to jail Big Tech CEOs seems to be a bit of a farce because, let’s be honest, government and Big Tech are best friends. The threat of prison simply gives Big Tech an excuse to say, “Well, we have to comply.
