It’s funny whenever I feel burnt out or frustrated or just ready to give up because we all have moments like that and I think about how we are fighting such an uphill battle, God reminds me that this is the wrong way of thinking. This video just made me realize that there’s a lot of young people in this country who are very smart and going to make a big difference someday. So yeah, you can look at the negative and look at how many young men have been radicalized and how many of them are a little bit lost right now, but then you can also look at the positive and look at how many young men were not radicalized, who have a very clear head and who have plans and solutions for their future and the future of this country.

Even though wolves in our area are fairly small relative to wolves in other areas (wolves in our area average ~62-63 lbs), they are still considerably larger than coyotes when you compare the two. Here is a video we made a few years back showing the size difference between the two. Clearly, even smaller wolves are much larger than coyotes in our area. The coyotes in this video are typical of what coyotes look like in our area–which is why the video of that mysterious sort-of-coyote-looking- but-not-entirely-coyote-looking canine we shared yesterday caught our attention. I.e., that canine just doesn’t look like any other coyote we have observed in our area. But who knows what it actually is! Lastly, we dedicate this video to all the humble ‘experts’ who, often with such nice and kind words, tell us the wolves we are studying are actually coyotes! You always give us a good chuckle ;)!
