Big credit to EF for the changes he’s made to his golf swing. It’s often not easy or fast. The best students put in the time, even if it’s 5-10 mins/day, with focused practice. EF is one of those solid “Type 4” golfers who go about it the right way. Results speak for themselves!

Brett Favre once explained his practice mentality in one sentence: “As far back as I can remember, when I went out to practice, every throw that I made, I wanted it to be the best throw you’ve ever seen.” That is not a casual practice mindset. Our test for eye dominance is simple, but instructive. Identifying whether a golfer is same-side or cross-dominant can provide insight into their setup preferences in putting. Same-side dominant golfers often prefer the ball slightly farther back in their stance and tend to set up more open. When learning a new skill, your toddler needs the same things you do: Opportunity. Practice. And an environment in which it’s safe to fail - at least initially - as you work things out. It’s why I love this video, in which mom provides all three in abundance. Would it be easier to feed the dog herself? Sure. But that’s not the path to independence. And when the going gets tough, does she step in and take over? Quite the opposite, actually. She lends a little technical assistance (two hands) and shares the most important message of all: “Don’t give up. You’ve got this.” Finally, when our hero doesn’t quite stick the landing? That’s okay too. No fuss. Just another step closer to mastery. These are the things we all need as learners. What a lucky little guy.

This month and every month make sure you take care of your mental health. Every morning I wake up and tell myself it’s going to be a great day. Then I hit the gym, even 15 or 20 minutes if that’s all I have, because I know if I do that, I’ve already accomplished something before the day really starts. Watch what you put in your brain too. If you fill it with garbage, it starts reacting to the world through a garbage prism. Practice gratitude by telling the people around you that you love them. Getting two or three real things done at work. And every so often — disappear for three days. Read a book, go to a spa or just stare at a wall. You have to take care of the mind. Nobody else is going to do it for you.

we all dream of those big wins in life the 100x, the multi-million dollar trade, or even just 10x of what you started with in 7 days i’ve been fortunate enough to experience a few of those over the past few years, and the reality is when you do win big, it doesn’t feel like it at all it hits for a split second, and then your brain just normalizes it it's a part of how to get there in the first place, but makes it a lot easier to lose it if you don't have the right guardrails in place and in that exact moment, you being even keeled doesn’t mean the number in front of you isn’t life changing it is this is where you have to slow down a bit, breathe, settle your mind don’t just roll it into some bullshit take some off the table, step away for a few days if you have to, funny enough, blowing let's say 10k of it on a beautiful trip to tokyo will save you so much because once you actually process what just happened, your future self will thank you for it the truth is, even if you think you’re going for a certain number, the moment you hit it, you’ll want more and more, and more anyone who's been in the same position will tell you the exact same thing ironically the people that win are addicted to winning and if you ask the same people in a year after that big win, what they regret and where are they proud of themselves? they will tell you they regretted rolling it over and giving some/all back or they are proud for switching back on the switch all of this is real, but it’s also exactly how i imagined it would feel years ago before it ever happened manifest your life, the feeling not just the number everything happens twice, first in your mind, then in reality

Your hips Emotional tension works the same way When we hold onto experiences grief, resentment, or things we never processed that weight doesn't vanish It settles somewhere in the body, waiting to be acknowledged Sometimes it shows up as fatigue. Tightness. Random aches But underneath that… there's energy trying to move In my own practice, I use a pendulum and a chakra map to tune into this I ask Spirit to show me where I’ve got energy held in my body and let the pendulum swing over the chakra chart What it reveals isn’t always surface-level. Often, it leads to memories or emotions I hadn’t thought about in years This process helps me listen Not just to pain but to the energy beneath it Because sometimes, the body isn’t breaking down. We always talk about protecting the team. That’s something that we talk about every single day, whether it’s in the defensive unit rooms, whether it’s in our team meetings, whether it’s in opposition rooms. That’s a major part of what we do. And you always get tempers to flare and when you’re talking to those adults, it’s easy to be really critical and hard on those guys about what we want it to look like. They know what we want it to look like. You can tell by their body language after, even when it happens. I told Fred the other day, he’s starting a fight in practice and he’s walking up the field and he’s kissing every baby that’s in sight. You are the ultimate guy…You don’t want the fights. Stop Duffing Your Wedges !! If you try and apply what you do in the long game to a 50-yard pitch shot you are in trouble. When it comes to this yardage and under it’s about finesse We need a different motion to tap into our feel. If you are patient with the transition, allowing your arms to drop this will not only help you soften things up and feel more but it will also help you use the leading edge and bounce through the turf. This feel of TURN, DROP and CATCH it with the body has been game changing for our students and my own game. #golftips #golf

#YOUNGJAE: the reason i don't have much strength right now is because earlier today, i worked out, then got meridian massage, and somehow my body just completely loosened up. but when you get meridian massage, your body really hurts? it's not exactly right to say it hurts, it's refreshing but also tiring? it feels like that, so i'm kind of drained. and in that condition, i went to band practice. i just got back from that, and now i have dance practice. the concert is already this week, right? so i need to practice more, push hard in the final rehearsal, and get ready to meet you all
