A father found out that his son's middle school, Cascade Middle School in Seattle (part of Highline Schools), brought him to an anti-ICE protest in middle of the school day. His son's teacher left the classroom with all the other students, leaving him alone in the classroom. He didn't want to be alone and therefore went along. The teachers took the kids on a walk through White Center, Washington for the protest. Many areas there aren't particularly safe. Per the father, the school alleged that they gave the kids options if they wanted to go or not. They also claimed that it was the kids' choice to protest and that the teachers were just joining. Per the school's principal, both teachers and school security were in attendance. This violates Washington State law 28A.605.010, which prohibits children from being removed from school grounds during school hours without permission from the children's parents or legal guardian.

Today the Hyderabad Traffic Police organised the Meeting on Safety of School going children at Ravindra Bharathi as the academic year has started . The Collector and heads of the RTA, RTC , Education, also attended and all gave useful instructions and suggestions to the 750 school managements present and also some school children. I highlighted the need to employ two or more private security guards as Traffic Marshals by the schools to manage traffic outside and inside the school for a length of 200 metres on the left and right . They will be trained by the Traffic police and work under their supervision. I encouraged parents to use car pooling apps to send their children safely rather than stuffing them into autos , CCTV s need to be installed all over the school and outside also , pan shops and other small shops near schools need to be removed as they are peddling narcotics in some places . It was told very clearly that anything happening to any student will be the responsibility of the school management and they will have to face criminal action if they don’t invest in student safety . Requested the traffic police to see if they can revive the school traffic commandos programme which I had organised as traffic Addl-CP 15 years ago.

“Imagine your children came back from school with bicycle and echolac bag and you ask them where they got it from and they said their classmates is celebrating their birthday. Dear parents and private schools, it’s a school and not a competition ground. If you think because you shared bicycle to my children on your kid’s birthday and you expect me to share the same thing, you’re joking.” — Mother complains about the competition growing in private schools.

Everyone has the audacity to demean our Gods and our culture.😡😡 She is saying that she became a beggar for the first time in her life just because “she took Swami Prasadam”, when standing in darshan queue. (That’s what the lady in this video interpreted) Has Sivajyoti called all Govinda Bhakths standing in queue and accepting Prasadam as beggers?

I prefer nature to visiting Dubai. This was in west Nile. I took my children to see how beautiful this country is. Also see nature and see a very different side to life. As a family we appreciated the road network and how blessed we are for which we thank God. Amen
