Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot... just misunderstood guys who killed millions of their own people, during peacetime. Even the Fascists didn't do that. As to nuke use, way too many people (East and West) talking way too casually about it. No to nuke use by anybody.

Mao was so far-sighted. He was on another level. Thank goodness the Chinese never turned on his legacy like the Russians did with Stalin.
