In times of adversity, it is faith that lights our path and gives us courage. Today, I had the privilege of visiting the sacred Mahakal Temple in Darjeeling, where I prayed for the health, peace, and prosperity of the people of Bengal and our nation at large. May the divine grace of the Almighty provide strength to those affected by the recent floods and landslides in North Bengal, helping them overcome their losses and rebuild their lives. May hope return to every home, may happiness touch every heart, and may stability once again embrace their lives. Rescue and rehabilitation efforts are still continuing in full swing; our Maa-Mati-Manush Sarkaar is committed to ensuring that every affected person receives the help and support they need. As we have already established Jagannath Dham in Digha and are developing the Durga Angan in New Town, it is our vision to soon build a magnificent Mahakal Temple in Siliguri as well. This will not only stand as a beacon of faith and devotion but also as a symbol of Bengal’s spiritual unity and inclusive cultural identity. Joy Bangla!

Development is a calculated plan! And I LOVE the off season training. Here is 2023 2nd RD Pick Blake Wolters. To start~ Knowing where they are, what their timeline is (MILB’ers/HS/College) and what their goals are, is huge and necessary to begin. Without Divulging into everything we did, here is a bit about it as you physically see the change. What Blake needed 2.5 years ago was a plan, and a direction to attack his plan, and he did a tremendous job. What he needed was a strong front side, General Strength and a throwing Program, all of which was brand new to him. What to notice, you have a young pitcher who fills up the zone with mechanics that absolutely kill body awareness and Repeatable movements. That’s how you can tell the Immediate changes will cause immediate results velocity wise, and mentally is easier to focus on the process when the results improve. General strength was a breeze to Program. ANY Good throwing program Requires a well planned, thought out, and executed Strength program to work side by side. Every lift was based around Throwing/ Pitching all year. The volume and intensity of lifts and throwing consistently changes in order to promote the most growth possible, these are calculated changes. The Throwing Program is something the players have to perform, but not only perform but believe in. If you don’t believe in something you will not grow. (Using Pulse is a tremendous way to teach and create a feel for the body). Volume and intensity is the only thing that I like to really control. For players, learning a routine is key, especially applicable Plyo ball/ Med ball Routines are huge. Throwing programs are essentially the tip of a triangle, and are not working to its best ability if working alone. Throwing programs are 12 months long, they are not strictly for the off season. Now, as a Professional his training has varied tremendously as the development of the change up and shape of the fastball have taken a considerable amount of priority. This is where trackman and edger take serious precedence, to master the already elite craft. Working on creating an Outlier Pitch/Arsenal 2.5 years ago would have been a waste of time, because it was 81-84. Now, it will help increase the ability to perform through the Org. Every timeline is different, every situation is different, every Player’s routine is different, and every player is coached differently. Blake worked harder than anyone I’ve seen, and TRUE and CALCULATED hard work will show results “How can we attack the ZONE with our best stuff” “ Did I check every box today” Below, you will see corrective’s using the above methods.

WAKE UP WORLD… Urgent Statement from The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation “Tonight, at approximately 10 p.m. Gaza time, a bus carrying more than two-dozen members of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation team, local Palestinians working side-by-side with the U.S. GHF team to deliver critical aid, were brutally attacked by Hamas. At the time of the attack, our team was en route to one of our distribution centers in the area west of Khan Younis. We are still gathering facts, but what we know is devastating: there are at least five fatalities, multiple injuries, and fear that some of our team members may have been taken hostage. We condemn this heinous and deliberate attack in the strongest possible terms. These were aid workers. Humanitarians. Fathers, brothers, sons, and friends, who were risking their lives everyday to help others. Our hearts are broken and our thoughts and prayers are with every victim, every family, and every person still unaccounted for. This attack did not happen in a vacuum. WAKE UP WORLD… Urgent Statement from The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation “Tonight, at approximately 10 p.m. Gaza time, a bus carrying more than two-dozen members of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation team, local Palestinians working side-by-side with the U.S. GHF team to deliver critical aid, were brutally attacked by Hamas. At the time of the attack, our team was en route to one of our distribution centers in the area west of Khan Younis. We are still gathering facts, but what we know is devastating: there are at least five fatalities, multiple injuries, and fear that some of our team members may have been taken hostage. We condemn this heinous and deliberate attack in the strongest possible terms. These were aid workers. Humanitarians. Fathers, brothers, sons, and friends, who were risking their lives everyday to help others. Our hearts are broken and our thoughts and prayers are with every victim, every family, and every person still unaccounted for. This attack did not happen in a vacuum. For days, Hamas has openly threatened our team, our aid workers, and the civilians who receive aid from us. These threats were met with silence. The GHF holds Hamas fully responsible for taking the lives of our dedicated workers who have been distributing humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people at the foundation’s sites in central and southern Gaza.
