The Pirates haven’t won a Paul Skenes start in over a month and are currently trailing the Marlins 2-1… Skenes has seen a dip in his fastball velocity this season and nobody in Pittsburgh seems to notice he’s holding the baseball with a different set of muscles this year…. Here he is last June holding the baseball with his interossei muscles (left video) compared to his flexor digitorum superficialis today (right video)…. The interossei originate on the hand, the FDS originate on the humerus…. This is why his hand & wrist orientation is so different at the top of his motion as well as at his follow through….

Reds All-Star and MLB RBI co-leader Sal Stewart is at practice today. He got the Ja’Marr Chase jersey as a Christmas gift two years ago and says he wears it every Sunday while watching NFL games. He’s hoping to meet Chase today. “7-11 — he’s always open,” said Stewart. “I love his attitude, I love his aura, and I love how he approaches the game. I love watching football so this is like a dream come true.”

The level of tribalism and bitterness he holds toward President Ruto is on another level. This is the same person who, during his tenure, weaponized institutions such as the KRA, EACC, and DCI to deal with his political opponents because he could not govern effectively. He cannot believe the transformation taking place under President Ruto’s leadership. Now that he has come out openly, we will respond to him and remind Kenyans who he truly is.

Stuff like this goes unnoticed but this is really quality leadership from Xander. He gives Bowen two hugs and really acknowledges his effort today. As a rookie who isn’t getting much playing time to be seen like that Bowen must be on cloud nine.

A lot of real art looks similar to AI because AI STEALS EVERYTHING FROM REAL ARTISTS. Everything it creates was copied from a human artist. An animator. A painter. A photographer. We came first.
