Let this sink in: We have all of the existing records of communications between the defense and the ARCCA experts, who were hired by the Feds, but we don’t have ANY of the phone records of communications for Brian Albert, the homeowner whose property John O’Keefe’s body was found on, Brian Higgins or Colin Albert. Daniel Wolfe—the ARCCA experts—were not present during nor did they have anything to do with Officer John O’Keefe’s murder. But apparently Wolfe’s communications with the defense about his report he did for the Feds, which the Commonwealth also has had in its possession, are more important than the actual evidence in the murder of John O’Keefe that could shed light on who his true killers are. Can you imagine if Wolfe came in with a packet of printed out screenshots that he claimed were real because he destroyed his phone around the time that the court ordered his communications? Oh wait, that’s what the third party culprits did. And then the Commonwealth actually entered that in as legitimate evidence in a murder trial. Go figure! Priorities. Justice? She is starting to form a brand new narrative for who is responsible for John’s death. This is one of the most disgraceful things that Karen Reads Attorney David Yannetti said in one of the pretrial hearings. He perpetuated this lie which led to the relentless harassment of Colin Albert. Karen Read was the ringmaster of this despicable and disgusting campaign of accusing innocent people of murdering John O’Keefe. What Karen Read, David Yannetti, Alan Jackson and Aidan Kearney have done to Colin over the last three years is reprehensible and unforgivable. He also makes sure to point out that Adam Deitch has ties to Karen Read. Mind you, this is through a person who was in the Spanish Honor Society in high school with Karen. Was trading for Tarik Skubal a possibility for the Yankees? "They set a high price, and we were unable to get them off of what they said might work. At the same time, they were communicating that it also might not even win the day. They went silent after they got what they were looking for, and then they made that decision. We feel like we didn't really match up in the end. We weren't able to compete at that level. But they did have some asks our way that we were unwilling to do - it was a very specific ask, a certain player/players that we weren't willing to play with in that arena."

EXPOSING JEN MCCABE’S 2:27AM SEARCH 🧵A thread🧵 Proof she’s lying. No computer expert necessary. ADA Adam Lally asks Jen McCabe about when & why she made those Google searches at the scene in the morning. The video footage proves that Jen McCabe’s entire story about #KarenRead purportedly asking her to Google “hos long to die in cold” is a lie because it never happened. Jen claims Karen asked her to make those Google searches while the first responders are moving #JohnOKeefe’s body from the ground to the ambulance, which is interesting because her story starts out with them (her & Karen) seated in the back of a Police cruiser, so it’s unclear how they magically teleported from there to standing outside. As you’ll also see in the attached footage, it’s clear Jen & Karen are outside the entirety of the time leading up to when Jen claims this happened, removing the possibility that they could’ve moved from a cruiser to the outside to account for Jen’s story’s discrepancies. Officer Mullaney will further corroborate this. THE PROBLEM IS: Jen McCabe claims to have made these searches during the same time that first responders were working on/moving John into the ambulance, but this is completely disproven by dashcam surveillance footage from the scene showing him being worked on at 6:14:10am & moved into the ambulance at 6:14:50am. Jen made no searches at or around this time. She made her searches at 6:23 & 6:24am, nearly 10 minutes later. Furthermore, none of the things—like prayers & blood—that Jen claims happened between her, Karen & Kerry at this time, actually happen. Next, Jen claims that Karen grabbed their hands & asked them to pray, looked at her (own) hands & saw blood, and proceeded to ask if she could’ve gotten her period. Jen then claims Karen said “what if he’s dead? Who’s gonna take care of the kids?” (or something to that effect). Jen then says: “Then we prayed. Um…then at the end, um, Mister—they were moving John, and at that point Karen told Kerry ‘go over, look! Is he dead? Is he dead?
