When has communism ever worked? Even the communist countries that are left need to adopt economic principals from the capitalist West to be able to have any measure of success in their countries. Rubio time and again just shows clarity of thought.

I went to Havana probably 6 years ago and there were blackouts everywhere. The only buildings lit was the hospital and the Cohiba Hotel. Street loghts worked too even though the amount of traffic at night was minimal.
