Marcus Armstrong got a stop-and -hold (10 seconds) at Washington for avoidable contact in the wreck that took out Rinus VeeKay and involved Christian Rasmussen. I caught up with Rasmussen today here at The Milwaukee Mile and he still seemed bothered that he made that mistake:
