Everything Ian Wright said is 💯 spot on. This is Jack Grealish coming out of a pub, extremely drunk while having a bad run of form, you hardly heard anything about it, but hell breaks loose the moment Rashford goes to a club, or the moment Pogba changes hairstyle, that’s a problem. We don’t even hear stories of Jude going to the club but he still gets hate. Look at how well Rashford is doing in Barcelona with no noise around him, you and I know it won’t be this peaceful for him if he stayed in England. Sancho went to Germany twice and did well both times, but was crucified every time he played in England. This is why Jude Bellingham chose to play outside England as well. The English media aren’t ready for a black star.

Golf trip upcoming, got to knock the rust off! Had a hard time finding one but absolutely love the Leaderboard training aid. They don’t make them anymore, it’s such a shame. The leaderboard is amazing for me, I use it this way to feel the push in the left foot in transition which helps me get some separation between the upper and lower body and nudges me towards a shallower path.

I’m probably one of the only Teslanaires out there, if not one of the very few, still cutting my own hair. I cut my own hair again today, and it reminded me that becoming a multi-millionaire usually isn’t a random coincidence. People see the $ and think it just happened. What they usually don’t see are the small habits behind it. Of course, I could go spend $25–$50 on a haircut that probably looks better than the one I give myself. But that’s not really what matters to me. I don’t care that much about looking perfect. I care about controlling my time. I care about staying grounded. I care about keeping the kind of habits that helped me build wealth in the first place. And honestly, I enjoy doing it. I’ve been cutting my own hair for so many years that I don’t even think about going to the barber anymore. It’s just normal to me now. It saves time, keeps me frugal, and reminds me that wealth is usually built in the small choices nobody claps for. That’s the part people miss. A lot of people see wealth and assume it was luck. But a lot of the time, it’s really the result of small disciplined habits repeated for years. Not wasting $ just bc you can. Not wasting time just bc other people do. And the funny part is, one day my fleet of Tesla Bots will probably be doing it for me anyway. But until then, I’m good doing it myself. Bc to me, being wealthy was never about trying to look rich. It was about building a mindset. A mindset that values time, discipline, and freedom more than appearances. And once you really live that way, it shows up in a lot of things, even something as simple as cutting your own hair.

What most struck me at the Metropolitano yesterday is Atleti to me is a rare thing, a big club but it hasn't lost itself to tourism or lost its fanbase. All around me people knew each other something I haven't seen too much in recent years visiting big clubs. I went there expecting it to be a tourist trap but it was anything, I'm not saying it's every big club either but it struck me walking around and getting the metro to the game, the on field has changed at Atleti, the stadium has but the people haven't.

I haven’t released music in a long time but this definitely motivated me to get back outside. When the head of special effects came to me I said how much was it going to cost. He said $50,000 to put a camera high and take it up and zoom it, because of the enormous rig. Alfred Hitchcock on the Vertigo effect: Interviewer: "In Vertigo, where they’re climbing up the stairs in the tower, there is a very strange effect." Hitchcock: "That effect took thirty years to get. It really did. When I was making Rebecca, I had a scene where Joan Fontaine is supposed to faint. I explained to Selznick I wanted to get the effect of her looking and everything seeming to go far away. Where I got the idea from was at the Royal Chelsea Arts Ball in London on New Year’s Eve. I remembered at a certain time during the evening everything seemed to go far away. And I asked for this effect and they said they couldn’t do it. I tried again about five years later. For Vertigo they tried different effects and finally it was arrived at by a combination of a dolly shot and a zoom lens crossing each other. Dollying in and zooming out. When the head of special effects came to me I said how much was it going to cost. He said $50,000 to put a camera high and take it up and zoom it, because of the enormous rig.
