Rashford definitely not offside as he definitely doesn’t touch the ball and definitely doesn’t interfere with play.

One plays for Manchester United and the other plays for Liverpool That’s the difference @SkySportsPL

This is another display of inconsistency by officials

Don't pretend like there nothing wrong here. This is clear match fixing. Rashford attempted to play the ball which impacted Ederson coming out of his area to clear it. Let's stop there

IMO, and I'm completely neutral, this goal should not have stood. Rashford has clearly interfered with play which you absolutely can do without touching the ball. Had Rashford stood away, then it's a different story.

Yes, Fernades scored so it went to Var and got the correct decison. Trent didn't score so it didn't go to Var. Both on field officals gave it offside and both were wrong.

The best league in the world, constantly let down by inept officials.

A better question would be “is there any similarity?”. Hard to think of two less equivalent examples.

I'd suggest that even by looking at this, it's wilder that TTAs one was offside. Or are throw-ins more important that goal-scoring opportunities now
