Maria Callas sings "Casta Diva" (Bellini: Norma, Act 1)

beautiful! thank you for sharing

Esatetşn bedelindeki opera sahnesi indeki ses onunki mi?

Good ear, but that prison scene uses Mozart, not Callas. The video you replied to is her singing Norma, which is why it feels similar at first

She's mesmerising

♥️

What a great voice! And that Onanansissss broke her heart ! Hearing her again…understand why @NYCMayor desires to get a few who never heard voices like hers to the @MetOpera / Lincoln Center.

Goose bumps all over me

L'incarnation absolue. Maria Callas ne chantait pas seulement la prière de Bellini à la lune : elle habitait toute la tragédie intérieure de la prêtresse druidique. Ce phrasé legato et cette noblesse douloureuse restent inégalés dans l'histoire du bel canto.

Fabulous Woman Magnificent Voice.
