🚨STRAIT OF HORMUZ🚨 ▶️US Announces Project Freedom. Initially it sounded like an escort mission, but now it appears to be a competing safe zone. ▶️JMIC advises ships to sail south of the Traffic Seperation Scheme, close to Oman but cited the potential threat of mines. ▶️Over the past 24 hours, large ships in the Persian Gulf appear to be moving away from the Strait ▶️It is not clear if there are US forces in the Strait, or what movements are taking place, but Iran reported targeting a US "patrol boat". ▶️Companies, such as Hapag-Lloyd, are telling their ships to remain in place. If there is movement through the Strait, it is dark (AIS off), and we will not know about it until after it is completed.

I was really struggling with VA to the point where I wanted to just give up. People would say a lot but not follow through. Cultist Zolon reached out to Debra for a cameo and it turned out to be so much more. We talk now through zooms and email and she has been a great mentor to me and an amazing friend. This is a long video (15 mins) but this is just a small snippet. This is for who needs to hear it 💜

Tested this concepting workflow. ▶️ Converting a level design image to a 3D asset gallery image ▶️ re-generating segmented subjects into separate high quality images. ▶️ using these images to generate the 3D meshes. First time using 'for loops' in ComfyUI, works great and the prompts are updated for every segment. I used the Nano Banana 2 API node in ComfyUI to generate the final high quality images. Those SAM3 nodes are crazy btw, just set some points and it creates a mask! For the 3D model generation I used the new Tripo Smart Mesh tool, which is fast! The output is not perfect yet. I think in a lot of cases not production ready right now but that depends on the input image and the goal as well. For pre-production / concepting phase it's perfect and for far distance meshes it’s fine. I’m sure these tools keep improving, curious what we can work with in 3-6 months. Minimal cleanup and scaling in Blender and tested the meshes in UEFN / Unreal Engine. After creating the ComfyUI workflow it took less than an hour to do everything.

This is the last video I’m going to upload. I honestly don’t remember which quest it was from, but it shows how 2B and 9S normally interact. 9S keeps complaining, and 2B patiently stays by his side and keeps reminding him (those who know the reason will understand why she does this). Their interaction has warmth, it’s not one-sided or cold at all. In the English version, though, 2B tends to ignore him or sound impatient. It gives me the impression that 9S comes off as childish, constantly complaining or just trying to get 2B’s attention, while 2B doesn’t just feel cold, but outright indifferent, as if she finds 9S annoying and doesn’t want to engage with him. The rest of the subtleties really need to be experienced firsthand. Replaying with Japanese VA or watching the Japanese version on YT helps you better understand their relationship. *** This is just additional material for people who are interested. On Veterans Day when I was at the VA celebrating with my heroes, I found out their theater was out of commission and they didn’t have a place to watch movies. I told them I’d set up a movie night, and I called my friends at Skydance and Paramount Pictures and asked if we could bring these real action heroes to their fancy screening room and shown them Running Man, since I’d enjoyed it there. They said of course. I rented two buses to pick everyone up at the VA last night, and a week after hearing about the problem we had a solution. There heroes got a great night they deserved. I wanted to share this because we all have power if we are willing to act. Most people would just post on social media: “it’s bogus our vets can’t watch movies at the VA.” That doesn’t get them into a movie. Sure, most people can’t get a screening room and buses. But you could buy one veteran a movie ticket and do more good than any social media post. Do good, whenever you can. That’s your greatest power, and don’t let anyone take it away from you. Not government, not social media, not politicians. When you want to complain about something bad, say, “what good can I do?”

1/ 👋🏼 Quick update on what we’ve been working on: Since leaving Google in December, we built a bunch of prototypes to explore different directions but in the last 30 days we spent more time with one focused idea and went deeper to take it to a fully working state. As a PM in meetings for most of my day, I was always switching between tabs—jumping from one app to another to get insights about my customers, the business, and what the team should be prioritizing. We wanted to simplify this flow and cut down the time spent digging through different sources to make decisions. What if you could flatten all those sources and tools into one tab? What if you could just talk to your business? Connect your business data from Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack, etc. and get insights in minutes—not hours—fully cited, with transparent agent reasoning across all sources. ▶️ See exactly how the system derives its answer (ex. the Salesforce SOQL query + custom Zendesk filters) ▶️ Multi-pass agentic flow: determines which source/s to use, takes a broad query, applies heuristics to refine, unifies data across different sources, and improves with user feedback ▶️ Reports automate what you want to track (I would’ve killed for a daily Discord report on what the NotebookLM community was saying)

I just hit 100k subscribers on YouTube and I'm stoked. Which is why I've decided to give this whole content creation thing a real shot. Starting today, I am going to stream consistently on Twitch and regularly upload to my channel. A little back story on how I got here. Before I created content I suffered from clinical depression after having my thyroid removed due to cancer. I would escape by watching streams and gaming videos to relax. One day I decided to just give it a shot. So I hooked up my computer and talked into a very cheap mic and started streaming. It went terribly, but honestly... I was thrilled. Then I took some of that footage and edited it down like I did with skate videos to some random song that reminded me of a model runway. Took forever to get done on my free time. I got one encouraging comment... And I was absolutely thrilled. These days I get comments from people who tell me what they're struggling through and how my videos helped them forget about it for an hour. And every time that happens, I'm reminded of why I do this. To pay back for all the times I was entertained when I was having a hard time. It seems so dumb, but man... I can't tell you what a stupid little video or silly stream can do for someone having a really hard time. I'm not sure if this is going to work... But I'm going to give it a try. Even if I fail, I'm not going to stop creating. I got exciting plans for the future but this is the first step. Where it takes me... I'm not sure. I hope you all come along. Regardless. Thanks to all of you for supporting me and helping me out. I never thought I'd hit 100k or have any type of following. Not in a million years. I am grateful and appreciative. How the VFW just screwed over combat wounded veterans and surviving spouses: Republicans in Congress (except for 4 who caved to VFW threats) finally got together for the Take Care of America’s Veterans Act (TCAVA), which contains multiple good pieces of legislation. For instance the Major Richard Star Act, something the VFW has demanded for years, and allows medically retired, combat-injured veterans to receive both military retired pay and VA disability compensation. It would have also eliminated remarriage penalties for Survivor Benefit Plan beneficiaries under 55, and restored TRICARE access to those who lost it through remarriage. And plenty more good things on top of that. To pay for it, the bill simply reduced future disability benefits for sleep apnea and tinnitus, some of the most abused ratings that cost taxpayers billions and can’t be connected to service in a meaningful or scientific way. Tinnitus, currently rated at 10%, was facing a reduction not because it doesn’t exist, but because we wanted to address it for what it is: secondary to something else we can help the veteran with like hearing loss or a TBI. Similarly, sleep apnea gets an automatic 50% rating if you’re diagnosed and prescribed a CPAP. That’s insane. When I got out, the loss of my eye was only 30%. This bill reduces sleep apnea to 10%. This reduction didn’t claim veterans don’t experience sleep apnea, but if your CPAP effectively manages your symptoms, we can categorize it different than other disabling conditions. Oh, by the way, the VA has wanted to reduce these ratings since 2022 and doesn’t even need Congress to do it! If the VA does it now and we don’t get TCAVA, future veterans will lose those ratings anyway and have none of these positive reforms to fall back on. jiung is happy these days and he feels like life is becoming simpler 🥹🤍🫂 “am i happy? yes i’m happy. good. it’s fun. even if from other people’s perspective there are things that might seem bad, of course those things exist, but for me it’s still enjoyable. it feels like i’ve changed a lot again. as i entered 2024, i started to gain some mental space, and in 2025, i grew that space even more and found a sense of stability. but honestly looking at it now… even though i thought i had found that stability, i’m not sure it settled properly in my heart. if i think about it now, maybe it didn’t. maybe to some extent, but not completely. there were days when i blamed myself for not meditating, or times when things felt overwhelming. sometimes i felt a bit upset with myself in those moments. so looking back, i think maybe i had found stability, but it hadn’t fully settled in yet. but these days, what i’ve been thinking is… compared to before, i don’t really have as many thoughts or attachments about meditation anymore. i do it less often too. but interestingly, even though that’s the case, i don’t really have moments where my thoughts feel messy or unbearably heavy anymore, thankfully. even if i spend a whole day just watching content on my phone, i don’t feel that sense of overwhelming guilt. of course, it’s probably because i don’t do that every day but still. somehow, even without trying, i’ve been giving myself more space, allowing more things, and thinking about myself more gently. i’m just grateful for that. to myself. i’m not overexerting myself just to look good to others anymore. life feels like it’s becoming simpler. i’m able to make clearer decisions now. before, there were times i said i wanted to be like that, maybe because i wanted to be, but i don’t know if i was /really/ living that way. even so, it feels like the version of myself i’ve been wanting has continued to grow until now. thank you everyone.”

jiung is happy these days and he feels like life is becoming simpler 🥹🤍🫂 “am i happy? yes i’m happy. good. it’s fun. even if from other people’s perspective there are things that might seem bad, of course those things exist, but for me it’s still enjoyable. it feels like i’ve changed a lot again. as i entered 2024, i started to gain some mental space, and in 2025, i grew that space even more and found a sense of stability. but honestly looking at it now… even though i thought i had found that stability, i’m not sure it settled properly in my heart. if i think about it now, maybe it didn’t. maybe to some extent, but not completely. there were days when i blamed myself for not meditating, or times when things felt overwhelming. sometimes i felt a bit upset with myself in those moments. so looking back, i think maybe i had found stability, but it hadn’t fully settled in yet. but these days, what i’ve been thinking is… compared to before, i don’t really have as many thoughts or attachments about meditation anymore. i do it less often too. but interestingly, even though that’s the case, i don’t really have moments where my thoughts feel messy or unbearably heavy anymore, thankfully. even if i spend a whole day just watching content on my phone, i don’t feel that sense of overwhelming guilt. of course, it’s probably because i don’t do that every day but still. somehow, even without trying, i’ve been giving myself more space, allowing more things, and thinking about myself more gently. i’m just grateful for that. to myself. i’m not overexerting myself just to look good to others anymore. life feels like it’s becoming simpler. i’m able to make clearer decisions now. before, there were times i said i wanted to be like that, maybe because i wanted to be, but i don’t know if i was /really/ living that way. even so, it feels like the version of myself i’ve been wanting has continued to grow until now. thank you everyone.”
