Marcos: Ang naging susi rito ay ang coordination between the different agencies, ‘yun lagi ang pinakamahalaga, because the different agencies are working all together all the way up to the end. Because ang end consumer nito ay DSWD kaya mula rito pupunta tayo doon naman sa pagdi-distribute nitong nahuling smuggled na isda, para ipamigay na lang natin. Dahil ganito karami, kung bibigyan natin ang bawat, halimbawa, pamilya o bawat tao ng tig-i-isang kilo, makakapagbigay tayo ng isang kilo sa 580,000 na tao. Kaya’t ‘yan ang gagawin natin. Ibibigay natin, halimbawa, sa evacuation centers, doon sa mga ospital, ibibigay natin sa BUCOR—lahat ‘yan, para hindi naman masayang. Na-inspection na ito, safe for human consumption habang pwede pa.
