For those who are wondering, the anime is called Yu Yu Hakusho. For context, Kuwabara (the guy screaming) used to pick fights with Yusuke (the guy in the black and white picture), but then Yusuke dies while saving a little kid and now Kuwabara is both angry and sad about it.
