I love when trailers make a big deal of one specific thing that fans have been asking for. It’s easy to have a cool moment with like a villain reveal ,but when they manage to get you with something as simple as adding slopes, that’s an awesome trailer-audience moment.

I remember watching this trailer for the first time and being so hyped about the slopes and all the other new features they added I really hope we get a super Mario maker 3 on the switch 2

I’m still so pissed they just dropped the ball with Mario Maker 2 cause like They just left it for dead for no reason

I feel like people are retroactively a lot harsher on this game because making levels with the Gamepad in 1 was more intuitive, but tbh I played and enjoyed this one a SHIT ton more than the original so it was doing something right. Having an actual story mode puts it far above.
