Mark Bavaro #Giants

Mark Bavaro should be in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

@KevG163 Freaking Bavaro . This is awesome . How many times I heard Summerall say Simms to Bavarro. It was like the soundtrack of my 20’s.

me, still in denial that Bavaro played for any other team than Big Blue...

Stays healthy might be in conversation fo some of all time great TE

Great TE. Never gets mentioned among the greats. But he should be.

The first great tight end I watched.

STRAIGHT DAWG 💯 💯 💯

How is he not in the Hall of Fame ? He did it all, blocking and catching.

Still remember that game he caught the ball on the 7 or 8 yard line, already had one defender hanging on him... ...by the time he crossed the goal line and scored about 3 1/2 seconds later, he had 4 defenders hanging onto him and they still couldn't stop him. He simply CARRIED them into the end zone with him.

He seems like a worthy HOF’er to me IMO

@KevG163 TRUE New York Football GIANT 💪💪💙🏈🏆

Yes … he was part of a no nonsense , heads down and get to work generation of players… I hesitate as of yet to place that badge upon these boys.. but we shall see ..as gales of November come slashin ..

Bavaro was unstoppable in real life and on Tecmo Super Bowl.

Hall of famer. Tough fucker right there.

@KevG163 The Gronk that built Gronk

@KevG163 The greatest TE ever. I swear.

I was a kid. But I remember.

Now THAT is a tight end - same number as Ditka who was actually on the Giants for a while !!

My favorite tightend. No single person can take him down.

From Notre Dame!!

@drawandstrike GO ND

One could give as good as he got thanks for your efforts

Bavaro was stuck on a offense from the '70s the 1870s

🐐 Loved watching him play!

Better than Shockey. @CraigMilkowski 😜
