🇨🇦⚡️ : While in the USA Mark Carney claimed Canada will be an energy super power. He also bragged 85% of Canadian energy is already clean energy. So why has Mark Carney been so obsessed with making our natural resources unaffordable & inaccessible? Why has Mark Carney lectured Canadians endlessly that we must achieve NET ZERO when we are already leading most of the world in efficient energy extraction & clean energy? Why are we wasting huge sums of money on carbon capture technology & paying a carbon tax? The answer to all of this is that Mark Carney & his WEF buddies are all heavily invested in the climate agenda via Brookfield and other shell companies they set up. They will bankrupt Canadians for their investments because Canadians fell for the scam a decade ago. When will Canadians start getting angry & demanding accountability? I won't hold my breath waiting for Ontario or Quebec to do so.

Mark Carney who believes the carbon tax should be high enough to punish Canadians, has temporarily lowered the carbon tax to improve his chances of winning an election. These changes will not last. Carney plans to hide the carbon tax and shift it to industries which will trickle down to consumers. The gas prices today show the damage and price gouging that Liberals have inflicted on Canadians with the carbon tax. After years of being called climate change-deniers, Conservatives finally got Liberals to admit that their carbon tax was a revenue ploy that hurt Canadians. Don’t fall for this temporary ploy. Remember that for years the Liberals punished you with this tax and only relented when they were going to be voted out. Only Conservatives will axe the carbon tax on everything, forever.

Mark Carney says Confederation works because Alberta will be decarbonizing their oil. "We are looking to move towards low emission oil with Alberta...it's the long term commercial thing to do. The world wants low risk, low cost, low carbon energy sources. Our strategy with Alberta has been to go right to heart of the issue which is the pipeline but what else comes with the pipeline? Pathways, a carbon market that works...having everything on the table showing the consideration works." No, he is using the pipeline as a tool to strong arm in his ideological policies. This is exactly why the Confederation doesn't work. Our economy shouldn't be held hostage.

Congratulations, Alberta, for agreeing to a 600% increase to your effective industrial carbon price cost! Mark Carney: "In its core (MOU) is tightening the tier system which is the industrial carbon tax system here in Alberta to a level of *at least* $130 with pass price from there. What does it mean? It means more than 6x increase in the price of industrial carbon from its effective level to the level committed in the agreement." Notice the smirk when says that. He knows what he just scored. Wtf are we celebrating here?!

Instead of paying $20 per carbon credit, companies will now be forced to pay $110. On top of that taxpayers will be paying for a carbon capture scheme, which no one can explain how it will make the weather better. On top of that companies pay an industrial carbon tax. On top of that taxpayers will be paying a fuel surcharge tax. Danielle Smith delivered a carbon market for her voters. To my knowledge no one wanted her to do it. What did she get in return?

Mark Carney confirms that industrial carbon tax isn't going anywhere and that it will be a major strategy of his gov: "In the future we will strengthen tax credits to spur more investment in clean energy...we will be keeping the industrial carbon tax and we need to improve operations of these markets...there will be a competitiveness strategy and policy in carbon taxation at the same time a major strategy." New lipstick on the pig is coming which will result in more red tape for business investment & operations just like he admitted the EV mandate is causing.

"There is no realistic solution to the climate transition that does not involve a globally coordinated system of carbon taxes. There's no realistic or fair solution that does not involve a globally coordinated system of carbon taxes. What we need is a system of carbon taxes coupled with subsidies for vulnerable households and a stream of funding for the developing world." The Alberta MOU, with its carbon taxes increaes, net zero targers, and carbon capture is what established Mark Carney the win to build this WEF playbook on.
