Thank you for speaking up. It is getting so old, the shaming of Trades and Blue Collar America. Like you said, it’s not a death sentence. Even if you choose another path, learning a trade is not going to harm you. I make more than 90% of my friends I grew up with who have college degrees. Because I work, what is that? a TRADE. This cracks me up because Ashley is 100% correct. My friend's son went to college & got a BS in Computer Science to develop video games, didn't like it, got a degree in Logistics, worked for @UPS did not like that. Went back and got his certification in HVAC, happy & making 120K.
