⬇️ Mark Goldbridge says a 70 POINT deduction today, effectively relegating Man City, would be a "starting point", if they are proven guilty of 114 charges. What do you think should happen? 👇

@markgoldbridge Not enough. This encourages rich owners do get a decade of money, trophies and relationship building at the cost of ONE relegation? Lol. Not enough.

@markgoldbridge Multi league relegation is the only acceptable punishment. End of the season 4 teams go down 4 come up. Put them in league 2

What I think should happen is 3 points for each breach, that’s 114 times 3 which is 342 points, but spread it out in the future over how many years these infections were happening Let’s say they started in 2008 when the Abu Dhabi group brought city thru 2018, then for the next 10 years City should start each year minus 34 points I’m sorry, but taking away prior titles is pointless, the players still earned and celebrated them and the fans celebrated them as well What you can do is make it impossible for them to win future titles & in fact almost impossible for them to qualify for champions leagues which in turn will make them lose their best players etc Also there should be a VERY strict limit for transfers

@Riii758 @markgoldbridge Given how shit Tottenham Hotspur, Coventry & Everton are City will probably avoid relegation….

@markgoldbridge 70 points deduction in each of the next seasons for as many years as they have been guilty of cheating. 70 points this season. 70 points next season. 70 points in the season after that. Etc. And leave the titles in the cheating years as vacated for all of history to see!

@markgoldbridge 70? Deduct them a point for every charge. And relegate Everton as well

@markgoldbridge Nowhere near enough. This isn’t something that happened once and went on with it, 115 total charges for multiple infractions. Everton had a 8pt deduction for one charge, ONE! There needs to be a precedent set, titles were stolen, fraud was committed. Punish them for it, hard

@markgoldbridge They need to be given a relegation level points deduction for every year they were in breach. No matter what division they are in.

@markgoldbridge Pep Knew

@markgoldbridge Hehe you all are cooking up things. A big fine and everything will be gone.

@markgoldbridge You give them a huge fine, a ban on signing new players and then you strip them of all titles/trophies won in the time of the charges.

@markgoldbridge And a transfer ban

@markgoldbridge What did Everton get? City should get massive deduction maybe even just kick them out

@markgoldbridge For argument sake, lets say they are given a 70 point deduction today. What happens to them? Do they start playing in the Championship from the next games, or how will it work ?

@markgoldbridge even 1 point per charge should get them -114 points down...what are you talking about!

@markgoldbridge Just in time for the internationals break.

@markgoldbridge They need a major transfer ban huge fines and relegation that’s only fair outcome

@markgoldbridge 1 season in the bottom half of the PL and one in the championship, with the UCL & other competitions not being touched as a starting point, is a free getaway for City. There should be no possible way for them to win trophies for at least 3 seasons alongside a 3-year transfer ban.

@markgoldbridge They need to be sent to the Scottish League

@markgoldbridge Just to start off with the point deduction should be well over 100

@markgoldbridge Thats not enough

@markgoldbridge *starting point* So big brain goldbridge thinks prem can relegate teams from leagues they dont own 😂

@markgoldbridge Kick em out and sent to non-league

@markgoldbridge 70points isnt enough.

@markgoldbridge So basically a 1 year prem league ban. Not enough
