This is a normal, well-adjusted thing to say. And he just released the best model yet, open-source. I like new Zuck

Zuckerberg is transforming into a cool dude right in front of our very eyes. What happened? Is it MMA?

What he's talking about is subjective experience from a human point of view. Evolution has built so many things into us (hunger, fatigue, hormones, need for interaction) that to remove them would be to effectively ruin the fidelity of the copy. But can those things be simulated?

our subjective experience is itself a simulation of what the world would be like if we experienced it directly. so yes I absolutely believe we can simulate the interoceptive and exteroceptive signals of perception.

What if you artificially/digitally add those thing to the uploaded mind in order to fully simulate human consciousness

He’s growing on me. Not in the worst way. More like a fungus than a mold.
