2025 ANF Wall of Honor recipient Micah Hyde on his time at Iowa: "I think listening to coach Ferentz every single day in a team meeting and having coach Parker in the meetings and stuff like that, not knowing back then, when I was 18 to 22 years old, that they're developing you as men. It's way past football. Like take the cleats off, take the helmet off, take the pads off, they're trying to make you become a better man. And I think that when you run a program that way, you're always going to be successful... I feel like I would rather be a part of that program than any other program in the nation, being run by coach Ferentz. Just the knowledge that he speaks every single day, the discipline, the way he approaches each and every game, each and every situation. He'll teach you the X's and O's of football, for sure, but it's in a way that is going to make you understand life post-football."

“tell me about what’s headspace you need to be in to be your best in the studio?” ROSÉ: i just need ‘not think’ personally, the last album i realized that it was so much more free flowing in the studio when i was just myself fully. I feel like everybody has stories to tell on like a day-to-day basis and like usually you would talk to your therapist about it or your boyfriend or to your best friend but ive kind of saved that and anytime i felt something, felt like speaking my mind i would quickly find a studio and and the people that i love to work with and just pop in and i’d just let it out there just so that, well for the last album it feels very intimate and feel like a journal.

So let's work on that and let's try to put pressure on Russia, because the credibility of this efforts, these efforts we are undertaking today are depending on at least a ceasefire from the beginning of the serious negotiations from next step on. So I would like to emphasize this aspect and would like to see a ceasefire from the next meeting, which should be a trilateral meeting wherever it takes place.
