One of the residents has been fed up and decides to chase after them, and claims to have accidentally hit one when the boy pulled out in front of his car. Do you think he sped up on purpose because he was angry, the first thing the boy claims is that he wasn’t even there. Which means he knew about it and was more than likely there.
