When I meet up with my buddies they are complain in one way or another about their wives. I never have anything to say so I just listen.

I’ve been married to my best friend for 43 years. It’s the best thing ever. BTW: Today, my love, and best friend is going in for emergency back surgery. It’s fairly major. Could use some prayer. Her name is Bobbi.

The first one didn't feel like being married anymore after 22 years. It's been 5 years since the divorce and I'm still trying to understand what the fuck happened. The kids didn't deserve that. The second one was amazing, but wore a mask. Couldn't hide her true self when she drank. Needy, controlling, spiteful, mean, and verbally abusive. She's still harassing me half a year after I broke it off. Just because they're you're best friend doesn't mean that they're the one.
