We will never colonize mars. It’s uninhabitable. We have more than enough room right here on earth. How many ‘uninhabitable’ locations that are 1000’s of square miles here on earth that are simply too cold for humans to thrive? Well, that’s mars always plus no water or oxygen

Well, you go there... But I'll stay here. 😉 P.s.. I don't see how realistically this is even close to a possible scenario. You can't create water from sand. You can have a planet (and all it's developing needs for materials) but who will provide the water?
