This is rich, especially coming from Durbin who blocked an attempt to subpoena flight logs during the last session of Congress. Here he tries to say that he blocked the Marsha Blackburn effort because it was "too vague" but now he backs this effort. To be clear, the amendment proposed by Ro Khanna would order the DOJ to release everything they have, including any CSAM material. The current amendment is vastly more vague than what Marsha Blackburn ever proposed.
