Mafoko Security Patrols Director-General, Lebo Nare says the company is waiting for payment from the Gauteng Provincial Legislature in order to pay its workers. He claims the Provincial Legislature told them they would only pay their invoice after Mafoko had paid its employees from its own pocket. He says the workers have not received their December salaries because their contracts have lapsed.
