Mary is Not Your Advocate

When Moses spoke to God on behalf of the Israelites, was he advocating for his fellow Hebrews? When Abraham spoke to God about sparing the people of Sodom was he advocating for them? You may deny that Mary or other saints are alive (Catholics say they are) or that they can hear us (Catholics say they can) but if they are alive and they can hear us, I don't know how you can object to the idea that they would advocate for us.

Let the ministry of Jesus Christ of Nazareth be null, void n of utter uselessness before it not be in every atom in all creation that Elizabeth, Elise Oyinkromeineifa's daughter never connected to any woman but her MUM 100% in d name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth u900gtefsfbaiCnYH

Keith, I love ya, but 1 Tim 2:5 is about covenant mediation and zero Catholics believe Mary died to mediate the covenant or serve as ransom. Mary intercedes for us as every single believer is an intercessor according to Paul.

She is, actually. You jelly?

The fact the Jesus is the only mediator refers to the fact that He is the one that restored the relationship of mankind to The Father through His sacrifice. This has nothing to do with the fact we can ask saints to pray for us.

Keith: “You do not need anyone to intervene between you and Christ” St. Paul: “I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people” (1 Tim. 2:1)

Time to stop asking your parishioners to pray for you.

Your modern secular ideas are not found in Christianity

Time for Catholics to cope and seethe.

Speak for yourself. It’s only your loss. Time to pick, hubris or the intercession of Mary for your soul.

I believe most Catholics would agree that only God’s Son Christ Jesus died for us and is a mediator in the sense of 1 Timothy 2:5-6. Your sermon today was on the wedding at Cana, though, which illustrates Mary’s commitment to the cause of her Son. Why would that end in Heaven?
