What did we learn this Friday? We realized the new photos have a huge impact, with the shattered sticky-backed Rode mic scattered all over the SUV. Pieces of debris look very off-putting to the naked eye (burnt-like adhesive), especially since they got rid of all of it… not in evidence… and still more hasn’t come out. During all these “remembered testimonies” that contradicted each other, none described what was in the SUV. It’s a lot. I hope anyone involved who knows more comes forward with more/all the details. There’s a lot going on here, and they are already making a movie about “Who is Charlie Kirk” before we’ve even had the trial. It’s scary. Baron is on point. If all these important higher-ranking people are questioning the narrative, then we don’t have everything and we should dig more. Charlie was worth the highest level of investigation into his ass@ssination. It feels unresolved, and there is no harm in looking at every scenario because that is what Charlie would have done for anyone else.

The cringe is cringing. Of COURSE the faceless kids love Brussels sprouts-the #PrincessofWales has said she likes brussel sprouts many times over the years. The Douchess loves to cook blah blah but it’s too bad she lacks the basic skill and knowledge to do so. I think she heard someone say that cooking was their love language and like everything else she co-opted it for her image. People who love cooking and present themselves as a cook at least learn basic knife skills. This episode is going to be a hard watch. I wonder if she’s tried to get on any US shows. I can see her trying to infiltrate Top Chef, esp since Tom Colicchio was on her crap show. #MeghanMarkle #MeghanIsTheProblem

If this video is authentic, what troubles me isn’t a person’s identity, it’s the message. No teacher, counselor, mentor, or activist should be encouraging children to see their parents as the enemy without evidence of abuse or danger. Healthy families should be strengthened, not divided. Over the years, I’ve observed movements and ideologies that, in my opinion, place greater emphasis on creating alternative family structures than on preserving the God-given order of father, mother, and child. I believe children deserve to know where they came from, who loves them, and that their family should be their first source of guidance whenever possible. When any adult begins competing with parents for a child’s trust, affection, or loyalty, I believe we’ve crossed a dangerous line. Children belong in the care of their families, not the influence of adults seeking to replace them. Scripture warns us that “the thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy.” To me, one of the clearest ways destruction begins is by driving a wedge between parents and their children. Protect the children. Strengthen the family. Everything else comes second.

Family and random strangers jump in without hesitation, fight that water, pull her out, and start CPR until she starts breathing again. Two people end up in the hospital. Both stable. Miracle. I’m not here to pile on a kid who almost died. I’m here because this keeps happening. Saturday AM leg training. Over the years and dealing with injuries, I’ve found it’s much more effective and optimal for me to do my squats at the very end of my leg workout when my legs are on fire 🔥 and full of blood and lactic acid. I can go higher volume with less heavy weight on my back - and get greater gains with much less joint pain. After four knee surgeries, one Achilles tear, quad tear, adductor tear, two disc ruptures in my low back and torn abdomen wall - my body loves this approach and training strategy 😉💪🏾 30 degree squat wedge 4 sets. 15 reps. Controlled with slight pause at the bottom. Have a great weekend and a kick ass productive week. 💪🏾 ps - crush your cheat meals this weekend 😈💀

Her words doesn’t match how she feels. She’d say mean and harsh things, but in reality, when she loves, she’ll do everything for her. But just a little bit harsh with words. 🧸: yes, that’s true. She really loves intensely 🦋: loves in intensely 🧸: Parn is someone who’s really a fighter in life (never gives up). In terms of Parn’s personality, I feel she’s someone who really is a fighter in life and she values her dignity very highly. She doesn’t take advantage of or harm others; she’ll do everything (making an honest living) to keep going and survive in her life. And she loves Pheem a lot. 🎤: in the teaser you were so savage/sharp tongued, how much did you have to practice for that? 🦋: maybe not to the point of practising the skills (of having a sassy mouth). For me, I feel that every line that Pheem says there has got to be a reason, and I’ve got to understand where it comes from and why the character would say that. So, I had to do quite a lot of homework, especially when she’s going to insult another character or Parn. I had to understand what she was feeling; she was jealous, that’s why she said it. But it’s not insults that don’t have weight to them, because it wouldn’t feel like the character. So, I had to do homework that her insults always had a reason behind them. But in the end, she insults because she loves. 🎤: there’s a line ‘I hate…’ 🦋: huyy ‘I hate wh… like you’ (she didn’t say the word). Actually, every scene that was edited into the teaser might just be ten percent of the actual scene. This was just to make it enjoyable, but in the actual scene there’s a lot more to it than this. 🎤: and how will Parn handle her harshness? 🧸: Parn, does give in to Pheem, even though she might not usually do it with others, but with Pheem she does give in a lot. But deep down Parn can feel the love that Pheem has for her. Even though Pheem’s words might be harsh, and sometimes certain actions that viewers might think are too harsh or intense, but deep down she knows that Pheem means well. She does it because she really loves. She does it because she’s protective and wants Parn all to herself. 🦋: this is love, right? Cause you understand. It’s taken a long time getting here, but Alhamdolillah I am truly blessed, & can say with my head high, I am a survivor, who learned how to become a blessed thriver. I walked through agonising pain, zero self esteem, constantly out sourcing my happiness, & hiding from situations & people, with a deep unhappiness. Till I found the tools to learn how to parent myself, till I found the way to respect myself,protect myself & love myself. I am responsible for taking care of the child within me & I am responsible for every other child whose healing I can somehow facilitate. Every child matters. Every single child is incredibly significant. Including the child within us, the adults. Healing is possible, the light at the end of the tunnel is real. It’s ok to feel the fear, & move towards it. At our own pace. It’s ok to feel sad & own our fears. It’s ok to feel overwhelmed. It’s ok to stop & just breathe. Because that’s the most important thing I do anyway. Breathe. The one thing I can’t live without for more than a few minutes, if even that. It took me time to find my beautiful tribes. All of them. Especially the tribe that shatters the shame with me. "Stop speaking Irish!" - how Irish nationalists were conquered by British wokeism. Ebun Joseph is a Nigerian woman who moved to Ireland. She’s now the government-appointed “Racism Czar”. And she’s just told Irish people that she’s “inherited Ireland” and they need to “stop speaking Irish”. Charming! As a Westerner, it’s always nice to get bossed around and spoken down to by someone who’d be lying next to a Red Cross tin of powdered egg with flies on her face if it wasn’t for Westerners. This is incredible, not just because a migrant feels sufficiently emboldened to make such demands on their host country, and not just because she’s a “Racism Czar” so is supposed to be reducing racism, not making people more racist. What’s truly incredible about this is that the same Irish nationalists who fought to keep Ireland Irish - Sinn Féin, Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael - support this woman. These supposed nationalists who fought against British influence in Ireland now want Ireland to be subsumed by third world immigration, to the point that Irish culture and language is erased. Brits out, Eritreans in. What these Nationalists might not realise is that the Wokeism that they are implementing is an invention of the Anglosphere, especially America and Britain. British authorities tried to restrict the Irish language in Ireland over a period spanning nearly 600 years, beginning with the Statute of Kilkenny in 1367. If Margaret Thatcher had gone across to Ireland and told them “stop speaking Irish!”, there would have been blood in the streets. But forty years later, Irish nationalists have been conquered by British wokeism, and are appointing mad looking Nigerians to order Irish people to erase their culture. We see this British capture of Irish culture at every level. Kneecap received nearly £2 million of British funding. Why did Britain spend that money?
