sounds great! how do you plan out the harmonic progressions for the song?

Thanks! I usually write the chords and lyrics together at the same time if that's what you mean. This started out as just a solo song with vocals and piano, and then I recorded this version for my album last year. The Bm->G7 in the intro riff adds an otherworldly/eerie quality.

I'm hearing big band brass arrangements in my head for this song.
